I have always been passionate about people’s development. My career began in recruitment, supporting individuals in achieving their career ambitions.

After a major career shift I moved into the wellness industry, where I focused on their personal growth - physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.

Now, in my private coaching practice, these skills and experiences unite in a holistic approach that empowers others to thrive.

I’m a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist with training in NLP, Mindfulness, Meditation, Inner Child Therapy, EFT, Energy Healing, and other Somatic practices.

My greatest education, however, came from a decade travelling the world, immersed in leading wellness resorts and retreats. Learning from globally renowned experts in both Eastern and Western traditions which shaped the heart of my work.

Today, my coaching blends evidence‑based methods with intuitive, holistic practices to create powerful, integrated support.

I’ve guided professionals, business leaders, and celebrities through meaningful transformations, helping hundreds of clients worldwide reshape their minds and lives.

I’m not immune to life’s challenges – I still experience moments of anxiety or overwhelm – but I now have the tools to return to clarity and calm. These are the same tools I share with clients, helping them build resilience, reconnect with their true selves, and live with confidence.

The turning point in my own life came when I recognised my needs and dreams mattered too. By shifting my beliefs and reconnecting to my true vision, I built resilience, courage, and purpose.
